In this Introduction session, you will meet and get to know your dietitian, and allow them to get to know you too. This is a good time to get a feel of what working together will be like and if you feel comfortable in the presence of our dietitian.
This session is 50 minutes long and must be booked in advance.
Steps to book and make payment

2. Payment via Paynow
Scan our Paynow QR code to make your $125 consultation fee. Your appointment will be confirmed with payment. For cancellation policy, see FAQ below.
3. Whatsapp us your transaction ID
Send us a screenshot of your payment transaction with the transaction ID, together with your name, email and contact number to confirm your appointment.

What is the cancellation policy like?
To get a full refund, make your cancellation at least 24 hours before the time of your scheduled appointment. There will be no refund if a cancellation is made in under 24 hours of the appointment.
How long would it take for me to get my refund?
If you are getting a refund, it will take around 7 working days or less.
