Course Overview

Are you looking for a reliable solution to manage your weight, but are overwhelmed by the multitude of options available? Are you feeling tired and busy with taking care of the baby and the chores around you?

Don’t worry, we’ve got a course that you can suit your time. It is recommended for you to plan to revert to your pre-pregnancy weight by 12 months after delivery. Most women will lose about half of the weight gain during pregnancy by the 2nd month post-partum. The challenge often comes in losing the last 5 kilograms of the weight gain.

In this course, you will learn how to get started efficiently as you maintain your daily routine. You will learn how to eat for weight loss, while you breastfeed. You will learn how to incorporate effective physical activities to enhance your weight loss.

Soh Wan Keem

Mdm Soh is an Accredited Clinical Dietitian, Principal Dietitian, Certified Exercise Prescription (American College of Sports Medicine), Certified Low FODMAP Dietitian (Monash University) and has also completed the certificate program in Adult Weight Management by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (United States).

She is a well-experienced Dietitian with 16 years in the areas of therapeutic diets for medical conditions, in hospital, community care and private practice. She was the Head of Department at Bright Vision Hospital (part of the SingHealth cluster) prior to joining Singapore Cancer Society as its Principal Dietitian.
Mdm Soh uses an integrative approach of combining nutrition intervention, physical activity and mental wellbeing (including mindfulness) to improve nutrition status. She applies the S.M.A.R.T. tool to help you plan and achieve your nutrition goal. She also uses the systematic approach of the Nutrition Care Process to provide high quality nutrition care for you.
