Poor bone health in the form of fragility fractures affects one-third of women and one-fifth of men after 50 years. Older women can lose up to 20% of their bone mass in 5-7 years following menopause. Many people are not aware if they have osteoporosis until severe falls occur. If you are in reaching or already in this age range, you would want to know the risk factors and how to weak bones, muscles and joints. This course may also answer some of the questions you may be having.

Soh Wan Keem

Mdm Soh is an Accredited Clinical Dietitian, Principal Dietitian, Certified Exercise Prescription (American College of Sports Medicine), Certified Low FODMAP Dietitian (Monash University) and has also completed the certificate program in Adult Weight Management by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (United States).

She is a well-experienced Dietitian with 16 years in the areas of therapeutic diets for medical conditions, in hospital, community care and private practice. She was the Head of Department at Bright Vision Hospital (part of the SingHealth cluster) prior to joining Singapore Cancer Society as its Principal Dietitian.
Mdm Soh uses an integrative approach of combining nutrition intervention, physical activity and mental wellbeing (including mindfulness) to improve nutrition status. She applies the S.M.A.R.T. tool to help you plan and achieve your nutrition goal. She also uses the systematic approach of the Nutrition Care Process to provide high quality nutrition care for you.
