You feel excited, and look forward to preparing yourself well for this baby growing of you. You want to be responsible for this little baby, and you want to make sure you are healthy and recover beautifully. Yet, as a modern mom, you are are busy and may find little time to ensure a good nutritional status.
Poor pregnancy nutrition and wellness impacts a woman’s health and may affect the chance of a successful pregnancy and may, also, lead to gestational diabetes, preeclampsia and excessive body weight. Maternal nutrition is correlated with fetal health, and undernourished moms can have adverse outcomes from baby to adult years.

Soh Wan Keem
Mdm Soh is an Accredited Clinical Dietitian, Principal Dietitian, Certified Exercise Prescription (American College of Sports Medicine), Certified Low FODMAP Dietitian (Monash University) and has also completed the certificate program in Adult Weight Management by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (United States).
She is a well-experienced Dietitian with 16 years in the areas of therapeutic diets for medical conditions, in hospital, community care and private practice. She was the Head of Department at Bright Vision Hospital (part of the SingHealth cluster) prior to joining Singapore Cancer Society as its Principal Dietitian.
Mdm Soh uses an integrative approach of combining nutrition intervention, physical activity and mental wellbeing (including mindfulness) to improve nutrition status. She applies the S.M.A.R.T. tool to help you plan and achieve your nutrition goal. She also uses the systematic approach of the Nutrition Care Process to provide high quality nutrition care for you.
